You have 14 days from delivery to return an unopened set. Email us within that period at haalora.com@gmail.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form below. You get your money back within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own cost.
Opened ampoules
For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened ampoules or sets with a broken seal.
Damaged or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 7 days. We'll send a new set free of charge.
