1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed through haalora.com. By ordering, you agree to them.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you check out. Obvious errors in the offer are not binding on us.

4. Order and payment

The contract is formed once your order is paid and you receive our confirmation email. Payment runs through the secure Shopify checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver to all countries of the European Union. Delivery times are estimates; see our shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind. For hygiene reasons, opened ampoules cannot be returned. See our refund policy.

7. Warranty

You have the statutory two-year warranty. Report any defect as soon as possible at haalora.com@gmail.com.

8. Use

Use the product according to the instructions in the box. It is a cosmetic care product, not a medicine. Results differ from person to person.

9. Privacy

We process your data according to our privacy policy.

10. Complaints and applicable law

You can send complaints to haalora.com@gmail.com; we answer within 24 hours on working days. Belgian law applies. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
