14 days to change your mind

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Let us know by email at haalora.com@gmail.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form on our returns page.

Conditions

For hygiene reasons, opened ampoules or sets with a broken seal cannot be returned. Send the set back unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. We will email you the return address. Return shipping is at your own cost.

Refunds

We refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of your notice. We may wait to refund until we have received the set back. We use the same payment method as your order.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery at haalora.com@gmail.com. We will send you a new set free of charge. Your statutory warranty rights always apply.
