What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
One set: €4.95 shipping. From 3 sets we ship free, to every EU country. Delivery takes 7 to 14 working days and you get a tracking code by email. More on our shipping page.
Does it hurt?
Most people feel a light tingling. Don't press hard and don't use it on an irritated scalp.
How often do I use an ampoule?
Follow the schedule in the instructions in the box. Each ampoule is single use: throw it away afterwards and don't share it.
Who is the set for?
For adults, men and women, who want to give their scalp a steady care routine. Not for use on a damaged, inflamed or sunburnt scalp. Pregnant, breastfeeding or using medication for your scalp? Ask your doctor first.
When will I see a difference?
That differs from person to person. Hair grows slowly, so give your routine at least a few months.
Can I return it?
Unopened sets within 14 days. Opened ampoules can't be returned, for hygiene reasons.
